Stephanies’ full experience.

Before I started I felt exhausted, burnt out and like I was juggling the world on my own. I needed to make some time for myself and hoped to build my confidence in the process.

The only hesitation I had was that it was group sessions, I wasn’t sure how comfortable I would feel or how much I would participate within the group. But being part of the group was comforting, spending time chatting and working on myself with like minded people who could relate to similar struggles. Stacey made it a safe and accepting space, where there is no judgment, only support.

I really loved the meditations. Being an adult with ADHD I have always found it difficult to quiet my mind when meditating but Stacey somehow made this easier and I could actually switch off with her guided meditations and feel myself become totally relaxed. We also did some EFT tapping which I loved, the guided session with Stacey was uplifting.

I definitely feel more equipped with the right knowledge and skills to improve my life and I can honestly say I enjoyed every part of the group coaching, there was always something new that I took away from each session.

Because of The Inner Circle I am now able to set boundaries, I have a better understanding of the moon phases and how they impact me, I am more confident within myself. Stacey is very knowledgeable in what she does and has created something amazing.

Moving forward I am more confident in setting boundaries without feeling as if I have to explain myself, justify saying no or making myself feel so bad about setting a boundary that I end up back tracking on.

I genuinely feel Stacey’s guidance and support has had a positive impact on my life as we covered so much and actually dug much deeper than I expected. I understand myself so much more and I’m now aware of the core beliefs that were holding me back. I found the confidence to apply for a Uni degree whilst taking part in the group coaching which is something I have put off for many years. I’m now studying for a Psychology degree and whenever I hear that inner critic creeping back in saying ‘you can’t cope’ I go back to my workbooks and remind myself of all the reasons that that’s not true.

By the end of the course I wanted to feel more confident and comfortable within myself, which I feel I achieved. Hearing other people talk about their experiences was validating, we were all attempting to understand different issues but with similar barriers and by supporting each other to work through and become the best version of ourselves. An unexpected benefit I have gained from the experience is that I actually want to make time for myself.
I know I don’t have to feel guilty for taking some time out and doing something that I enjoy. If I hadn’t joined The Inner Circle back in April, I have no doubt I would have continued to burn the candle at both ends, never giving myself a minute to take a breath and wouldn’t have taken the plunge by applying to Uni.

Stacey is a wonderful person with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease. Her group coaching program is a great experience, which provides so many prompts and allows you the space and opportunity to explore and challenge yourself to be the best version of yourself.

If you are undecided about signing up with Stacey, my advice would be DO IT! You have nothing to lose and so much to gain.
