Hi, I’m Stacey and I support the woman behind the business by sharing practical solutions and creating space for their own lightbulb moments.

I’m also a 5/2, a “disruptor introvert”, Generator ( in Human Design), all round creative, gym goer, witchy type and mum to one beautiful wee soul.

In January 2022, I found myself at a crossroads when my maternity leave ended but instead of going back to my 20 year career in a high pressure creative industry, I decided to start my Transformational coaching business as I had got to the point where staying in my comfort zone felt scarier than going for it and I didn’t want to wonder “what if?” any more. I knew I wanted to build a business that enabled me to do something I loved alongside making amazing memories with my family.

I’d dreamt of working for myself for years and although I was a little nervous, I was mostly excited and thought it would be a simple transition. However, (although I’d been “working on myself” for about 10 years) the self discovery, lessons and growth that came with starting my own business were wild!

So I know what it’s like to feel completely overwhelmed, not only with dreaming
of change but the impact it has on you when you achieve that dream.

I spent my first year creating the kind of business I felt I should create, not the kind I wanted, signing up for every shiny course that appeared in my Instagram stories and signing up to job role alerts for graphic designers (just in case this business thing didn’t work out).

It was draining, overwhelming and I felt like I was “playing” at being a business woman.

So what changed?
Transformational coaching helped shine a light on the subconscious obstacles that were holding me back as well as bringing awareness to my unique skills. It gave me a map of “me” that I could use to guide me through my life and the world, helping me figure out the best
way to work and live for me.

No more wishing I did things differently or that I was a completely different person, I felt lighter, comfortable and more confident in myself and I was able to apply that to every area
of my life, especially in my business. It saved me so much time, energy and headspace.

I no longer looked to others to provide the guidance as I had a strong inner belief system,
a foundation of specific boundaries, values and purpose. I essentially, discovered what was important to me and applied that to any decisions that had to be made or opportunities that popped up.

Simple right?
Not really, like anything, it takes work, time and commitment but it’s definitely worth it and I’m so excited to share this info with other women who know, in their bones, that they were meant for more and are just going for it!
